Happy 8th Birthday to my sweet Lillian! Where does the time go? All year she has been asking to cut and donate her hair when it was long enough, but especially wanted to do it for her birthday. We weren't sure it would be long enough, but it was. A week before her 8th birthday, she marched in to the stylist, had 9 inches cut off and instantly looks older, taller, thinner, a beauty! We're so proud of her for being brave and generous!
Taking photographs of your own child can be challenging to say the least! But I did manage to capture Lily perfectly right here and now.

We are so proud of Lily. She had a huge challenge in front of her this school year. She is skipping the 3rd grade and going right into 4th grade. Her educators recognized her as a student who needed challenged every day. She has taken everything in stride this year and has truly amazed us! Happy Birthday to our little fidget!
