Happy Holidays 2013!

Happy Holidays 2013!   I so enjoyed receiving dozens of holiday greeting cards and seeing all of the beautiful families that I photographed over the year.  Thank you everyone for asking me to join in on your family memories.   My shop will be closed until the middle of May 2014 as I recover from shoulder surgery!  Session bookings will take place starting in April.  Looking forward to seeing all of you next year!  Cheers!

 The Murray's were back for their third year in a row for holiday pictures.  What beauties they are all.  Nice, polite kids with awesome parents!  Love watching them each year!  Happy Holidays!

2013: Noelle & Isabella

Sweet Noelle!  She is a preschool friend of ours.  Her mom, Cindy and I have known each other since we were in elementary school. So honored that this family has asked me to continue to photograph them over the years.  

Noelle is turning 6 this morning!  She is sassy, smart, a dancer, gymnast, athlete, loves, horses, the girl that does it all.  

Noelle's family owns this cool farm and wanted to capture a few memories there.  How fun is this barn!

You can find Isabella here when she made her first communion and celebrated turning 8!  3rd grade and looking so grown up this fall.

2013: The "C" Family

Meet Halli & Troy…life comes around in circles…Halli and I met while our girls were in Kindergarten together.  But come to find out, our lives share many of the same things.  Troy & Halli are awesome parents and really encompass the true meaning of "family".  They are kind, loving, organized (my personal fav), and just make life with 4 kids look like a breeze.

2013: Shanel, JHS Class of 2014

 Wow, check out this stunning senior, Shanel!   

 Shanel is a senior at Jackson High School.

 Shanel was so prepared, had jewelry picked out for each outfit, props, knew she wanted an older location.

 She's still checking out schools, but University of Akron is at the top of her list.

 Interesting fact about Shanel, she has five brothers!

 Such a pleasure to get to know Shanel and her mom Elaine during our night together. It was one of the last warm fall nights.

2013: Nic, Class of 2014 Jackson High School

I thought Nic was such a cool guy as soon as I met him. He walked right up to me with confidence, shook  my hand, smiled, and introduced himself.   Nic is a senior at Jackson High School. 

We didn't even have to travel for his senior photos, just popped right out his back door into his amazing fun backyard.

As we got to know each other, I found out Nic is the youngest of 5.  No wonder why he was so good talking with adults.  

This is where Nic felt at home and comfortable.  Can't you tell?   

Congrats Nic!  Have a great time at homecoming this weekend!

2013: Mandy, Class of 2014 Jackson High School

 Gorgeous Mandy!  She is a senior at Jackson High School.  

Mandy just had to do a picture with a golf cart for her dad, who owns a local golf cart business.  Don't we all have to keep our Dad's happy:)

 On to the fun stuff!  Mandy has a love for dance!  She attends Jackson School for the arts where she takes dance at school as well as learning how to director and produce show.  It is her passion!

This my favorite picture.  Mandy's mom just said "you made my daughter smile, really smile, and that is so special to me."  One of the highest compliments in my opinion!   Mandy is applying to 6 colleges, local and out of state and hopes to go into early childhood education.  Mandy, keep reaching for the stars!

2013: Kayli Northwest High School Class of 2014

I have photography six of Kayli's cousins and were thrilled when they asked me to photograph Kayli during her very special senior year.

Kayli is planning on attending college next year, but not sure where yet.  

Enjoy every moment of your senior year...it goes by quickly!

2013: Brandon, PHS Class of 2014

Brandon is a Senior this year, loving every minute. He's taking college courses, working, and enjoying Perry High School's Choir group, the Pipers!  Congratulations Brandon!

Charlie starts Kindergarten

 I can hardly believe it.  This little guy started kindergarten just a few weeks ago.  He has transitioned so well, and is loving every day.

 For those of you who don't know, Charlie was born 11 weeks premature, and weighed as little as 2 and a half pounds his first few weeks.  He fought so very hard and had a rough start.  Today, you'd never know.

 He is funny, corky, clever, sweet, and so very hugable!

A special year deserved special pictures, right?

We know you'll be a shining star this year!  So proud of our little guy!
